There are people who whine their entire life while others are happy and smiling, I am talking about Bulgarians. In other countries, every single month 7-8 students die in shootings, killing each other; people die on highways constantly. The Scandinavian countries have the most suicides; the highest rate of alcoholism is there."

Bulgarian Prime Minister, Boyko Borisov, commenting on a recent sturdy that people in Bulgaria are among the most miserable in the world, ranking among the top ten unhappiest countries.
